In an effort to develop the best community possible, the Developers of Canyon del Rio have continued to reach out to the community of Flagstaff and our immeidate neighbors for comments on our plan(s). The first of these meetings was held on August 28, 2013. Since that time, we have continued to work with the City of Flagstaff and our neighbors to continue to improve our plans.
Neighborhood Meetings July 26 & 28, 2018
As part of the final approval for Canyon del Rio, our plans would require a zoning map amendment to approximately 83+/- acres from Research & Development (R&D) zoning to a combination of Highway Commerical (HC) and High Density Residential (HR). To solicit input from our neighbors, we have scheduled two Neighborhood Meetings. The meetings will be held from 6-8PM on July 26th and Noon to 2PM on July 28th. Both meetings will be held in the "Mini-Auditorium A" at Sinagua Middle School, 3950 E Butler Ave. We encourage your attendence and welcome your input. The following letter outlines the details of these planned meetings.
