The project residential component has less density than originally anticipated by the 1984 Specific Plan. Additionally, the light industrial (I-1) portions of the property have been replaced with single family attached and multi-family parcels along with commercial office and retail uses. The 1984 Specific Plan permitted the conversion to single family attached and multi-family uses based on the real estate market demands at the time of development. The conversion of the light industrial parcels from business park to commercial office and retail uses is based on the current market demands for such properties.
